The Greater Sacramento Capitol Chapter of ARMA wants to credit you for Chapter, and Records and
Information Management (RIM) related activities and achievements through our new Capitol Credits
Program! The goals of this program include increased Chapter participation by members, increased ARMA
and RIM awareness in the community, and support of the membership in furthering their professional
achievements and development. We want to give you credit for assisting your chapter reach these goals
with credit awards that can be used to bid on prizes at our next Silent Auction, coming in June 2001.

(Credits must be used at the Silent Auction and cannot be carried over from one year to the next. The
following is a list of activities for which you can earn credits and their value.)

$100 Capitol Credits:

Attending a regularly scheduled chapter meeting/event
Purchasing 10 raffle tickets at a chapter meeting/event  
Completing a Chapter survey  
Donating a door prize or raffle item for a chapter meeting/event  
Submitting an idea for a newsletter article or filler   
Wearing your Chapter pin to a chapter meeting/event  

$150 Capitol Credits:

Writing/submitting an article to the Chapter Newsletter or other know records publication  
Bringing a guest (non-member) to a chapter meeting/event  

$200 Capitol Credits:

Attending our Silent Auction  
Submitting an idea used for a Community Service Project    
Participating on a Board-approved Chapter committee, project, seminar, etc.  

$250 Capitol Credits:

Renewing your chapter membership  
Speaking at a RIM-related engagement  

$300 Capitol Credits:

Recruiting a new member for the Chapter  

$500 Capitol Credits:

Volunteering to serve on a Board-approved Community Service Project (per hour worked)    
Becoming a new member (one-time award)
Earning a RIM-related Continuing Education Certificate or attending such training  

$600 Capitol Credits:

Attending 4 regularly scheduled chapter meetings/events (a bonus in addition to regularly earned credits)

$1,500 Capitol Credits:

Attending 9 regulary scheduled chapter meetings/events (a bonus in addition to regularly earned credits)  

$3,000 Capitol Credits:

Having "Perfect Attendance" to all chapter meetings/events (a bonus in addition to regularly earned credits)  
$3,000 in credits
